Service Agreement

This service agreement is applicable to JSON to Excel Web App/Local App, and JSON to Excel Excel Add-in and WPS Add-in. For JSON to Excel api and JSON to Excel MCP service, refer to https://github.com/he-yang/json-to-excel-api for service agreement.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the JSON-to-Excel service ("Service"). This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and WTSolutions ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the JSON-to-Excel service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The JSON-to-Excel Service is a Microsoft Excel add-in, WPS add-in or Web/Local application that allows users to convert JSON files into Excel format within Excel/WPS. The Service is designed to facilitate the conversion of data from JSON format into Excel spreadsheets/WPS workbook, which can be used for data analysis, reporting, and other purposes. For the Pro Version, a Pro Code is required.

3. User Requirements

To use the JSON-to-Excel Service, you must:

  • Have a valid and licensed copy of Microsoft Excel or WPS installed on your computer if you choose to side-load this service within Excel/WPS environment.

  • Ensure that your version of Microsoft Excel or WPS is compatible with the JSON-to-Excel add-in if you choose to side-load this service within Excel/WPS environment.

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for or using the Service.

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the JSON-to-Excel add-in solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the Service is strictly prohibited. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the add-in.

  • Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the add-in to any third party.

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Share or transfer your Pro Code to another user.

  • Use the Service for any commercial purposes.

5. Web Based Solutions Subscription Terms and Localized Solutions Pro Code Purchase Terms

For Web Based Solutions, The Pro Version of JSON-to-Excel are available through a monthly subscription. Key terms include:

  • A 7-day free trial period is offered for new subscribers

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without charge

  • After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew each month

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice

  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law

For localized solutions, Pro Code Purchase Key terms include:

  • A one-time purchase is available for lifetime use

  • Each Pro Code is bound to one single device ID and can offer 1 single device to access Pro Version

  • No trial period is provided for localized solutions

  • After installing the Local App, you will see a Device ID shown in the app; this Device ID is required to be filled in during the checkout process

  • You will receive a Pro Code by email after the checkout process; this code is required to have unlimited data conversion

  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that you have the necessary rights to the data you convert using the Service.

  • Maintaining the security of your Microsoft Excel software or web browser and any data processed through the Service.

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service.

7. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any JSON data you process through the JSON-to-Excel Service will not be stored, shared, or used by us for any purpose other than providing the Service. For subscription management, we collect and store necessary billing information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that when the Service operates within the Microsoft Excel/WPS environment, you are responsible for understanding and managing the privacy settings of your Excel/WPS software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The JSON-to-Excel Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Microsoft Excel/WPS.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WTSolutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of P.R.China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WTSolutions regarding the use of the JSON-to-Excel Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the JSON-to-Excel Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
